for the dropbox syncing answer:
When you set up the sync with dropbox, it will monthly generate a large PDF file into the folder names WF-XXX under your dropbox account. This monthly PDF will contains all the signed waivers for all different templates. Now, we could not support the ability to generate several PDF files according to different templates.
For example, if you have 2 WaiverForever accounts WFAccount1 and WFAccount2.
- Way #1: You could sync both WF accounts with the same dropbox account. Then, every month, under this dropbox account, both of the monthly signed waivers will show up under this account with different pdf file names. But they will stay in one folder(The only folder under this dropbox account which connects with WF).
- Way #2: If you find it is confusing to distinguish 2 different pdf files and manage your customers.every month. I could recommend that, create another dropbox account to connect with WFAccount2. Then each monthly pdf goes to its connected folder. Clearer to manage.
Current Rule: One WF account could only connect to One dropbox account. But multiple WF accounts could connect with the same dropbox accounts, but in dropbox, you will only have 1 big folder named WF-XXX to save all the monthly PDF files from 1 or more WF accounts.
Current restriction: We could not support separate the data downloading according to different templates. They will download into one pdf file monthly.
