Maintaining an accurate business profile is crucial for a smooth customer experience. Your business information will be displayed to customers through the following channels:
Confirmation Pages:
After a customer completes a waiver, they will see a confirmation page. This page includes the following business information:
• Business Name: Your business name will be displayed on the top of the page.
• Contact Information: Below the QR code, your business phone number and other contact information will be displayed for any service-related questions.
How you can update your business profile
You can update your business information by navigating to your business profile settings by clicking Account
settings- General - Update Billing Information. Make sure to fill in all mandatory fields, and you can check
how your information will be displayed by clicking the “Check how your business information will be presented to
your customers” link at the bottom of the profile page.
