There are 3 steps to finish online PDF mapping:
1. Create an online form in "Template Builder": use our drag-and-drop Template Builder to create your own digital form.
2. Upload your own PDF form, drag the fields from the left to your desired position.
3. Done! The new signed forms will have the same layout as your original PDF form.
Let your clients sign the waivers, the signing version will stay the same as the standard template in "Template Builder". However, when you download the original PDF, it will have the same design and layout as your original documents!
