Hi there:
Have you ever wanted to build a waiver that can show/hide fields? Here comes our exciting new feature - the Logic module! From now, you can show different follow-up questions to your customers based on what they have filled in previous fields.
Here is the detailed introduction to the Logic feature:
-
How to enable the Logic feature?
When you are at our template builder page, click the Logic button on the left panel and switch the toggle on, you can enable the Logic feature. (Please note: our Logic feature is only open to business and enterprise plans. If you want to use this feature, please upgrade your plan)
-
How to edit my template's logic?
After the Logic feature is enabled, you can click the "Add condition" button to set up logic for each field.
A condition can be divided into three parts: previous fields, condition expression, and condition content.
First, you need to choose a field that shows before. For example, if you want to set up logic to the number 8 field, you can only choose the condition field prior to number 8.
Next, you should choose a condition expression for the field, like "is equal", "is selected with", "contains" etc. The condition expression differs based on the type of field, you can explore in our product.
Also, you can add several conditions to one field, you can choose the field to be visible when meets "Any/All" of the conditions that you have added.
Finally, you fill in the condition content at the end, and then a condition is all set up! All your editing is auto-saved, so you don't need to worry about manually saving every time.
-
Preview and publish
After you finish the editing, you can click the "Preview" button to see whether your logic works as you expected, and finally, click the "Publish" button to publish your waiver to your customers.
Our logic feature is worked in every distribution channel, including online signing link, app kiosk mode, and website widget.

Signs in the builder module
Once a field is chosen to be a condition of another field, you can see a little sign on the left of this field in our builder module.
Once you move or delete the field, you will see a popup dialog to remind you that your operation will break the logic, and all conditions related to this field will be removed.
So, the best advice is that you can build up all your fields in the template and then go to the Logic module to set up logic.
Hope you enjoy our new Logic feature! If you have any questions or suggestions, you can click the "Help" button on the right-bottom to leave us a message. We are always happy to hear from you!
Best wishes,
WaiverForever Team.
