There are several possible reasons why your contact info not get synced to Mailchimp:
1. There is no email field in the waiver template.
2. Even though you have linked your mailchimp account. It's possible you haven't specify a contact list for your waiver template to sync to. You can set or verify that under waiver template settings.
3. Your mailchimp list settings is not compatible with our service.
Here is what you need to do to make sure your mailchimp list settings are correct:
1. Go to settings page of your mailchimp list.
2. Go to "List fields and *|MERGE|* tags".
3. Make sure FNAME and LNAME are set.
4. Make sure no other fields are marked as required.
