2. You will be redirected to HubSpot's connection page. Select the account you want to connect with WaiverForever and click the "Choose Account" button.

The system will automatically establish the connection and redirect you to WaiverForever. You can click the "Check Connection" button to verify if the connection was successfully established.

Once the connection is established, navigate to your HubSpot account and click the settings icon located in the top-right corner.

Choose Properties, and click create property.

Set the property label to "WaiverForeverLink," the object type to "Contact," and the group to "Contact Information."

Set the field type as 'Multi-line text' and save the property.

Open a contact's detail page, then tap the settings icon located at the top right of the 'About this contact' section.

In the right panel, click 'Add properties' and search 'WaiverForeverLink' and check it.

Click Save and you can see the WaiverForeverLink property in the section.

Return to WaiverForever and click the 'Check Option' button to verify if your property is correctly configured.

The integration has been successfully set up. You can proceed to test by signing any waiver. If the email in the waiver matches the contact in HubSpot, the waiver link will automatically be added to the 'WaiverForeverLink' property once the waiver is approved.

(Optional) You can navigate to the settings page of your desired template, select the Integration tab, and enable the Auto Contact Creation feature within HubSpot.

Once the feature is activated, any new email address submitted through our waiver that doesn't already exist in HubSpot will automatically trigger the creation of a new contact profile.
